Recipe Instructions of Kerala Special Tea :
Preparation:
- Take a fresh tea pot and add ½ glass fresh water to it.
- Let it heat till the water starts boiling.
- There is no tea without tea powder. Add 1 tablespoon of tea powder to the pot.
- Boil the tea powder and water for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame setting.
- The water would catch a dark brown colour from the tea powder.
- Add 1 glass milk.
- To the pot, add 3 tablespoon sugar.
- Let it boil.
- Cover it with a lid for about a minute. After a minute take off the lid.
- Your tea is ready. But you need to separate out the tea powder before serving.
- Filter it using a small swivel.
- Pour the filtered tea into a large size cup.
- Server the tea- to and fro from one cup to the other. This gives your tea a bubble-like structure.
- Pour the bubbled tea into cups.
- Serve it fresh with biscuit and snacks for a perfect evening break.
