Preparation:
- Take a pressure cooker. Place the pressure cooker on the stove. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pressure cooker.
- Put ½ tablespoon of Shahi Jeera in the pressure cooker.
- Chop 1 big sized onion finely. Put the finely chopped onion in the pressure cooker.
- Fry the ingredients of the pressure cooker on a medium flame for 4 minutes.
- Now add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste to the pressure cooker.
- Sauté the ingredients of the pressure cooker well.
- It is time to add 1 kg of mutton to the pressure cooker.
- Cut 1 green Mirchi into 4 pieces. Add the pieces of green Mirchi to the pressure cooker.
- Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the pressure cooker.
- Add ¼ tablespoon of turmeric to the pressure cooker.
