Recipe Instructions of Noodle Chicken Soup:
Let us prepare!
Step 1: Begin with the boiling of 2 chicken pieces.
Step 2: Now shred them to make them ready for cooking.
Time to turn on the flame!
1: Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan.
2: Give few seconds to let it heat.
3: Utilize the time to chop ginger and garlic.
4: Add 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger to the pan.
5: Now add 1 teaspoon of garlic.
6: Sauté well.
7: Chop 1 small onion into small pieces.
8: Add onion to the pan.
9: Chop cabbage (¼ cabbage ball would be enough).
10: Add 2 tablespoon of cabbage to the pan.
11: Chop half capsicum.
12: Add 1 tablespoon of capsicum to the pan.
13: Sauté once again for 3 minutes.
14: Now add 1.5 glass of water.
15: Add ½ teaspoon of pepper powder and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
16: Add 1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce and 1 teaspoon of green chili sauce.
17: Add noodle masala (The one in noodle packetJ)
18: Put noodles to the pan directly from the packet.
19: Add shredded chicken pieces.
20: Add chicken masala.
21: Mix well all the ingredients in the pan.
22: Add ¼ teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves.
23: Swirl, Swirl, Swirl.
24: Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 6-7 minutes.
25: Mix well.
26: Pour into a bowl.
27: Sprinkle spring onions and serve hot.
