Recipe Instructions of Motichoor ke Ladoo or Boondi ke Ladoo Homemade:
Preparation:
- Take 1 cup besan flour.
- Sieve it into a bowl.
- Add a few drops (about 1/8th of a teaspoon) of Kesar orange Red colour to the flour.
- Add sufficient amount of water so as to make a consistent batter.
- Mix the water well with the flour.
- Make sure there are no lumps in your batter.
- Remember that batter of perfect texture has a uniform consistency.
- Take an oil strainer with small holes.
- Pour some batter on the oil strainer and put the passing balls of dough into frying oil.
- Fry these balls on medium flame.
- Sieve out the oil.
- Boondi for your delicious laddus is ready.
- Take a fresh pan and add 2/3 cup of sugar to it.
- Add 1 cup water into the sugar.
- Mix them well.
- Let the sugar dissolve to form a syrup.
- Let the water boil for 3 minutes.
- Add ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice to the pan.
- Our sugar syrup is ready,
- Add the fried Boondi into our sugar syrup.
- Cook for about 3 minutes to combine it well with the syrup.
- Turn off the stove and let the sweetened boondi rest for 15 minutes.
- Uncover the lid. Boondi has absorbed the syrup completely.
- Add 2 tablespoon of watermelon seeds to the pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ghee to the mix.
- Mix it well.
- The perfect mixture for you perfect laddus is ready.
- Take small portions of this mixture and give them a circular shape
- Repeat the same for more.
- Your ethereal Boondi ke Ladoo dessert is ready to be served.
