Recipe Instructions of Grilled Mutton Recipe in Oven :

Preparation:

  1. Keep the mutton boiled and ready. Take a fresh bowl and add a quarter (1/4) kg of boiled mutton to it.
  2. Add ½ tablespoon of salt to the mutton.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of Red Chilly powder to the bowl.
  4. Put ½ tablespoon coriander powder into your bowl.
  5. Add ¼ tablespoon of turmeric powder into the mix.
  6. Add a pinch of pepper powder for seasoning.
  7. Now to the mutton, add 1 tablespoon of Mutton Masala.
  8. For some extra mouth-watering flavours, add 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste into the bowl.
  9. Squeeze half a lemon into your bowl. Refrain from adding any lemon seeds into the bowl.
  10. Add 2 tablespoons of curd to the bowl.
  11. Mix this pool of ingredients well.
  12. Ensure every piece of your mutton has been covered nice and gentle.
  13. Let the mutton rest for about 20 minutes.
  14. Take a bamboo stick and insert it in the mutton pieces one by one. Make sure you leave some gap between the mutton pieces so as to allow them to cook properly.
  15. When your sticks are ready, apply some butter over the mutton.
  16. Preheat your oven for 5 minutes.
  17. Place the mutton sticks in oven.
  18. Set it to Micro + Grill setting for about 35 minutes.
  19. When the timer stops, take your mutton out. The aroma tells you that its ready to be served.
  20. Serve your finger licking mutton on a plate with some onion and lemon for the best mutton experience.
