Recipe Instructions of Grilled Mutton Recipe in Oven :
Preparation:
- Keep the mutton boiled and ready. Take a fresh bowl and add a quarter (1/4) kg of boiled mutton to it.
- Add ½ tablespoon of salt to the mutton.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Red Chilly powder to the bowl.
- Put ½ tablespoon coriander powder into your bowl.
- Add ¼ tablespoon of turmeric powder into the mix.
- Add a pinch of pepper powder for seasoning.
- Now to the mutton, add 1 tablespoon of Mutton Masala.
- For some extra mouth-watering flavours, add 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste into the bowl.
- Squeeze half a lemon into your bowl. Refrain from adding any lemon seeds into the bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of curd to the bowl.
- Mix this pool of ingredients well.
- Ensure every piece of your mutton has been covered nice and gentle.
- Let the mutton rest for about 20 minutes.
- Take a bamboo stick and insert it in the mutton pieces one by one. Make sure you leave some gap between the mutton pieces so as to allow them to cook properly.
- When your sticks are ready, apply some butter over the mutton.
- Preheat your oven for 5 minutes.
- Place the mutton sticks in oven.
- Set it to Micro + Grill setting for about 35 minutes.
- When the timer stops, take your mutton out. The aroma tells you that its ready to be served.
- Serve your finger licking mutton on a plate with some onion and lemon for the best mutton experience.
