Recipe Instructions of  Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe:

Preparation /Follow the Steps:

  1. Take a fresh bowl and add 1/3 cup butter to it. You can also use butter variants used for baking like margarine.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the butter.
  3. Pour 1/3 cups of milk into the bowl.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract to the bowl. This adds flavour to the cake.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon baking powder to make our cake fluffy.
  6. Add ¼ tablespoon Salt.
  7. Mix together the ingredients in the bowl well.
  8. Take 2 cups Maida flour to the bowl.
  9. Sieve the Maida into the bowl.
  10. Now comes time to take a chocolaty turn. Take ½ cup of cocoa powder and sieve it into our bowl.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Add water as required to turn our flour into a batter.
  13. Continuously stir at a great speed. Make sure the batter is uniform and has no lumps.
  14. Now, for our sugary treat, add 1 cup of powdered sugar into the batter bowl.
  15. Stir the sugar. Our Silky-smooth chocolate cake Batter is ready.
  16. Pour the batter into a cake pan.
  17. Make sure the batter has settled uniformly. Top twice.
  18. Put the cake pan into an oven.
  19. Preheat the batter for 5 minutes before leaving it to back for about 48 minutes. Bake it on micro plus convection setting.
  20. Till our cake bakes, let us prepare the frosting. Take a fresh bowl and add ¼ cup whipped cream powder.
  21. Add 2 tablespoon sugar to the bowl
  22. Add 2 tablespoon cocoa powder.
  23. Add 4 drops of vanilla essence for flavour.
  24. Pour 3 tablespoon milk into the bowl.
  25. Mix it well.
  26. Add a few ice cubes to our frosting. This helps in cooling the frosting and giving it a perfect texture.
  27. Icing for our cake is ready.
  28. Take out the cake from the oven. Hmm, something smells good.
  29. Take the chocolate cake out from the pan and put it on a plate.
  30. Make sure you do this with gentle hands so as to maintain the perfect shape.
  31. Level the cake by removing the extras from the top. You can do this with a knife to maintain consistency.
  32. Now it is time to add the frosting.
  33. Gently put the frosting on the cake.
  34. Spread it evenly.
  35. Our frosting has been added.
  36. Cover half the side of our cake with Choco vermicelli.
  37. Cover the rest half in delicious silver sugar balls.
