Recipe Instructions of Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe:
Preparation /Follow the Steps:
- Take a fresh bowl and add 1/3 cup butter to it. You can also use butter variants used for baking like margarine.
- Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the butter.
- Pour 1/3 cups of milk into the bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract to the bowl. This adds flavour to the cake.
- Add 1 tablespoon baking powder to make our cake fluffy.
- Add ¼ tablespoon Salt.
- Mix together the ingredients in the bowl well.
- Take 2 cups Maida flour to the bowl.
- Sieve the Maida into the bowl.
- Now comes time to take a chocolaty turn. Take ½ cup of cocoa powder and sieve it into our bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add water as required to turn our flour into a batter.
- Continuously stir at a great speed. Make sure the batter is uniform and has no lumps.
- Now, for our sugary treat, add 1 cup of powdered sugar into the batter bowl.
- Stir the sugar. Our Silky-smooth chocolate cake Batter is ready.
- Pour the batter into a cake pan.
- Make sure the batter has settled uniformly. Top twice.
- Put the cake pan into an oven.
- Preheat the batter for 5 minutes before leaving it to back for about 48 minutes. Bake it on micro plus convection setting.
- Till our cake bakes, let us prepare the frosting. Take a fresh bowl and add ¼ cup whipped cream powder.
- Add 2 tablespoon sugar to the bowl
- Add 2 tablespoon cocoa powder.
- Add 4 drops of vanilla essence for flavour.
- Pour 3 tablespoon milk into the bowl.
- Mix it well.
- Add a few ice cubes to our frosting. This helps in cooling the frosting and giving it a perfect texture.
- Icing for our cake is ready.
- Take out the cake from the oven. Hmm, something smells good.
- Take the chocolate cake out from the pan and put it on a plate.
- Make sure you do this with gentle hands so as to maintain the perfect shape.
- Level the cake by removing the extras from the top. You can do this with a knife to maintain consistency.
- Now it is time to add the frosting.
- Gently put the frosting on the cake.
- Spread it evenly.
- Our frosting has been added.
- Cover half the side of our cake with Choco vermicelli.
- Cover the rest half in delicious silver sugar balls.
- Top it with Red Karonda Cherry.
- Our cake is ready to be eaten, ready for any occasion.
