Preparation /Follow the Steps to make Butter Bread Recipe With Oven:
- Take a new bowl and add 1/3 cups of water to it.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Dry yeast to the bowl.
- Mix the dry yeast and water well.
- Let it sit for 3 minutes. The yeast will start its action after this time.
- Add 2 cups of Maida flour into the bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoon full of sugar.
- Add ¼ tablespoon salt to the flour.
- Add 3 tablespoon worth of Butter.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil.
- Put in water as required by the flour.
- Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well.
- Start kneading the Dough.
- Keep kneading for 5 minutes (minimum).
- Add 1 tablespoon oil to the kneaded dough.
- Spread the added oil using a brush over the dough.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After an hour, uncover the lid. You will now notice that the dough has risen. This happens because of the action of yeast present in dough.
- Ensure that the dough is very soft on touch. Dough for our bread is almost ready.
- Again, knead the dough for about 3 minutes.
- Roll the dough slightly on a surface. Try to give it a round shape.
- Fold and roll the flattened dough.
- Fold all of it.
- Your dough should now have a cylindrical shape.
- Take a loaf pan and apply butter to it.
- Cover the base of the pan with Maida Flour.
- Place your dough inside the loaf pan and press it gently.
- Cover the dough with a layer of butter.
- Seal and cover your pan with foil paper and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Uncover the pan after 30 minutes. Notice the rise in the dough.
- Apply more butter to your dough.
- Seal it with more silver foil.
- Prepare your oven and preheat the risen dough for about 5 minutes.
- After preheating, bake your bread for about 25 minutes. Use micro + convection.
- Once done, take out the loaf pan and uncover the lid. Your bread is baked and ready.
- Finally, apply another layer of butter to the bread.
- Let it cool down to room temperature.
- Remove the bread from the pan and serve it on a plate.
- You can cut your soft bread in slices.
- Your perfect bread and butter breakfast is ready to be served.
