Ingredients:
- Maida or plain flour 1cup
- Rice flour ½ cup
- Suji or rava 1/3cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
- Hing or asoeftida a pinch
- Fresh coriander leaves a half handful
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Water as required (to kneed dough)
- Oil to fry

Recipe Instructions of Crispy Snacks Recipe:
Preparation:
- To start with, take a cup of maida or plain flour.
- Add ½ cup of rice flour to it.
- Also add 1/3 cup of suji or rava.
- Mix them altogether and sieve well.
- To this, add ¼ tsp of salt or as per taste.
- Then add ¼ tsp of pepper powder.
- Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder to spice up the flavour.
- Add a pich of hing or asoeftida, but don’t add too much of it.
- Put half a handful of fresh coriander leaves.
- Add a tsp of ghee to the mixture.
- Combine all the dry ingredients with ghee well by rubbing the mixture between your palms.
- To this add water, as required, and kneed a dough.
- Make a smooth dough.
- Dust some flour on the workplace.
- Take a portion from the dough and roll into a medium thin chapati.
- Don’t worry if it’s not perfectly round.
- Dust some flour over it.
- Drip some oil onto it.
- Now place another rolled chapati over it.
- Repeat the same process and keep layering.
- Dust some flour and make a roll out of it.
- Now roll it gently without applying much pressure.
- Cut it into equal parts.
- Take a slice and press it slightly with your index finger.
- Now run the rolling pin over the slice light handedly.
- Drop into them hot oil one by one and fry.
- Flip over and fry both the sides.
- Fry them until golden brown in color.
- Take them out and put them onto a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
- Your crispy and crunchy lip smacking snack is ready to be munched on.
