Recipe Instructions of Cream Caramel Pudding Recipe:
Preparation of Cream Caramel Pudding:
- Break an egg inside a bowl.
- Add 3 teaspoon full of sugar into the bowl.
- Add 4 drops of vanilla extract into the bowl.
- Put a pinch of salt into the bowl.
- Mix these ingredients using a whisk.
- Cool ½ a cup of boiled milk and then add it to the bowl.
- Mix it well again using a whisk.
- Ensure that there are no lumps in your batter.
- Sieve out the batter into a different bowl to completely get rid of lumps.
- Put a pot on stove, subjecting it to flame. To this pot add ½ a cup of sugar.
- Add sufficient water.
- Stir continuously to maintain uniformity.
- Ensure your flame has been set on low setting. Keep stirring.
- Soon the sugar in the bowl will start to melt.
- The water sugar mixture will change colour to golden brown.
- After it has developed into a thick sugar syrup, put it in a fresh bowl.
- Swirl the syrup by moving the bowl.
- To the back of a large sized serving spoon, apply some oil for lubrication.
- Slowly pour the sugar syrup on the back of the serving spoon, making straight lines as shown.
- When the hot caramel has dried off, pluck the basket like structure off from the back of the serving spoon.
- Transfer the batter we had prepared earlier and place it inside the cup contained the remaining caramel.
- Place the cup on a tray with covered borders. Put some hot water on the surface of the tray to surround the cup.
- Preheat your microwave oven for about 5 minutes.
- Place your tray and hence the batter inside the microwave. Bake it for about 35 minutes on micro convection setting.
- After Baking is over, carefully take out the contents of the tray.
- Use a knife to loosen your pudding on the edges and place it in a tray as shown for a perfect shape.
- Top it with the caramel basket you had prepared earlier.
- Your delicious cream caramel pudding is ready to be served.
