  2. Add ⅓ cup of water to the large mixing bowl.
  3. Now, add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda to the large mixing bowl.
  4. Add ⅛ teaspoon of salt to the large mixing bowl. Make sure do not add a lot of salt while mixing.
  5. Mix the ingredients well in the large mixing bowl.
  6. Place a sieve on the large mixing bowl. Add ½ cup of cornflour to it.
  7. Add ½ cup of Maida flour to the sieve.
  8. Put 3 tablespoons of Sooji (Rava) on the Sieve.
  9.  Sieve the ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
  10. Remove the sieve. Add 2 tablespoon of butter to the large mixing bowl.
  11. Mix the ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
  12. After mixing them, knead the dough from the flour made.
  13. After kneading the dough, add coriander leaves to the large mixing bowl.
  14. Mix the coriander leaves well with the dough.
  15. You should obtain a smooth and stiff dough.
  16. Clean an area on the kitchen platform and spread some dust or maida flour there.
  17. Take the ball sized dough made in step 14 and roll it with the maida flour or dust on the kitchen platform.
  18. Roll the dough uniformly.
  19. Using a roller pin (belan), make it slightly thin.
  20. Cut it on 4 sides making it similar to a square.
  21. Roll the dough from one side tightly.
  22. Cut 4 cm pieces from the roll.

  24. Put them on a plate. Apply sugar to them.
  25. After you have applied sugar, gather the pieces on a plate.
  26. Place a deep pan on the stove filled with oil. Drop the pieces into the hot oil.
