Recipe Instructions of Corn Flour Bonda Recipe:

Preparation of Corn Flour Bonda:

  1. Get to work and break an egg into a fresh bowl.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion to the bowl.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of Green Mirchi to the mix.
  4. Put a handful of coriander leaves into the bowl.
  5. Add ½ a cup of corn flour to the mix.
  6. Add about ½ a cup of Maida flour to the bowl.
  7. Take 3 teaspoons of curd and put it in the bowl.
  8. Add 1/4th of a teaspoon of baking soda to the mix.
  9. Add ½ teaspoon of salt into the bowl.
  10. Add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds to the bowl.
  11. Combine all the ingredients present inside the bowl by mixing them together.
  12. Add water as required to make the batter.
  13. Mix the water well with the ingredients
  14. The Batter is Ready!
  15. Take some batter out of the ball in the shape of a small ball.
  16. Drop the ball into hot oil.
  17. Ensure your Bonda are frying on medium flame setting.
  18. Flip to fry them from both sides.
  19. Stir them occasionally
  20. The Batter will change colour to a Golden and Brown colour
  21. Your tasty Bonda is hot and ready.
  22. Serve them hot, Serve them fresh!

Notes:
• To get rid of excess oil after frying, make use of any absorbing paper like tissues to remove it.
