Preparation of Corn Flour Bonda:
- Get to work and break an egg into a fresh bowl.
- Add 1 chopped onion to the bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Green Mirchi to the mix.
- Put a handful of coriander leaves into the bowl.
- Add ½ a cup of corn flour to the mix.
- Add about ½ a cup of Maida flour to the bowl.
- Take 3 teaspoons of curd and put it in the bowl.
- Add 1/4th of a teaspoon of baking soda to the mix.
- Add ½ teaspoon of salt into the bowl.
- Add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds to the bowl.
- Combine all the ingredients present inside the bowl by mixing them together.
- Add water as required to make the batter.
- Mix the water well with the ingredients
- The Batter is Ready!
- Take some batter out of the ball in the shape of a small ball.
- Drop the ball into hot oil.
- Ensure your Bonda are frying on medium flame setting.
- Flip to fry them from both sides.
- Stir them occasionally
- The Batter will change colour to a Golden and Brown colour
- Your tasty Bonda is hot and ready.
