- Take 3 teaspoon butter and add it to a bowl.
- Place 1 cup Maida flour on a sieve.
- Sieve the Maida flour into the bowl.
- Add 3 teaspoon of milk powder to the flour.
- Add 1/3rd of a cup of powdered sugar to the mix.
- Mix these ingredients well.
- Add milk as required.
- Knead the flour into a dough.
- Try to keep the dough soft for the biscuits.
- Dust some flour on a flat surface.
- Place a ball of our dough on this dusted surface.
- With a roller, flatten the dough slightly.
- Give it a disc like shape, ensure that it is even throughout.
- Take some pastry cutters of different shapes and using them, cut out dough pieces of these various shapes.
