Chocolate cake with dark fantasy biscuits- Mouth is filled with water whenever we hear some saying chocolate or cake. And yes, hardly are there those who don’t like chocolate cake. Chocolate has been ruling everyone’s heart be it a 2 year old kid or a 22 year old adult or even 70 year old grandma. Chocolate is not only loved by our taste buds but also has many health benefits. It is a powerful source of antioxidants and improves blood flow thus maintaining blood pressure. And what can be better than chocolate during menstruation cycle.

Let us talk about Dark Fantasy. Oh! It reminded you of your favorite thing during snack time or we can say it reminded of dripping chocolate when you take a bite. I know you just cannot say no to it when someone offers you one. Right? And of course stopping after 1 is impossible.

So let us today begin with another mouth watering recipe made of finger licious chocolate and luscious dark fantasy!

Recipe Instructions of Chocolate Cake with Dark Fantasy Biscuits:

Let us prepare!

  1. Taka a bowl to prepare the batter.
  2. Put 3 tablespoon of butter in a bowl.
  3. Add 1/3 cup of sugar to it.
  4. Add ¾ cup of milk to the bowl.
  5. Use a whisker to mix all the ingredients.
  6. Now put a sieve over the bowl.

(All the upcoming ingredients have to undergo through the process of filtering before getting mixed with the ingredients already in the bowl.)

  1. Add on 1/3 cup of cocoa powder.
  2. And add ½ cup of Maida flour.
  3. Add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
  4. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. Sieve the ingredients.
  6. Time to use the whisker again.
  7. Swirl, swirl, swirl!
  8. Take the utensil in which you want to make cake.
  9. Put a butter paper on it.
  10. Pour the batter in the utensil over the butter paper.
  11. Pat the batter twice to level it.
  12. Take 2 dark fantasy Choco fills.
  13. Break them into small pieces.
  14. Sprinkle the pieces on the batter.
  15. Now take half a handful of chocolate chips.
  16. Sprinkle them too on the batter.

Time to turn on the heat!

  1. Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes.
  2. When it is done, put the batter inside the oven.
  3. Bake the batter for 45 minutes. (Micro + Convection)
  4. Beep, beep, beep!!!
  5. The alarm rung. So, just take out the batter.
  6. Hold the butter paper to pick up the nicely baked warm cake and put it on the serving plate.
  7. You are ready with everyone’s favorite delicious this chocolate cake with dark fantasy biscuits.

Note:

• Depending on the type of microwave over chosen, the time for baking will differ.
• If you are not sure for how much time you have to bake the batter, put the timer for few minutes and check if more is required or not.
• To check:
 Take out the batter after few minutes (the time for which you would like to keep the batter for baking).
 Take a matchstick and pierce through the batter.
 If it feels sticky, you need more time to bake it.
 If it comes out clean, you are ready with your cake!
• You can choose to have a round/ square/ heart shaped utensil to pour the batter into it. This will give a nice shape to your cake.
• Don’t forget to keep the butter paper a little bigger than the utensil so that when it is set inside the utensil and batter is poured onto it, some part of it is still visible outside. That part will help you hold the cake when it is baked to take it out of the utensil and put it on the plate.
