Preparation Chicken Soup:

  1. Take a fresh pan and add 1.5 glasses of water into it.
  2. Put ¼ a teaspoon of pepper seeds into the pan.
  3. Add 3 chicken pieces to the pan.
  4. Take ½ a teaspoon of salt and add it to the pan.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and let the chicken cook for about 10 minutes
  6. The chicken and the water would now be cooking with extreme heat.
  7. Pour out the water from the pan. Use a sieve so as to not lose any chicken.
  8. Take chicken pieces and place them aside in a plate.
  9. Keep the boiling water aside.
  10. Shred the meat off the bones of the chicken.
  11. Do it for all the pieces and keep it aside.
  12. Take a fresh pan and add ½ a tablespoon of oil to it.
  13. Add 1 teaspoon of Garlic to the pan.
  14. Add 1 teaspoon of Ginger to the pan.
  15. Chop and add a white onion to the pan.
  16. Chop and add cabbage into the pan.
  17. Chop and add spring onion to the pan.
  18. Sauté the ingredients well together.
  19. Fry the vegetables in the pan for 2 minutes on a medium flame setting.
  20. Add the water that was sieved out of the boiled chicken.
  21. Add 1 teaspoon of Green chilli sauce to the mix.
  22. Put 1 teaspoon of vinegar to the pan.
  23. Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to the mix.
  24. Take 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce and put it in the pan.
  25. Add ½ a teaspoon of pepper powder to the mix.
  26. Add 1/4th of a teaspoon of salt to the soup.
  27. Add the boneless chicken to the pan.
  28. Mix it all well.
  29. Add 1 teaspoon of corn flour to a bowl.
  30. Add water to the bowl.
  31. Mix the corn flour with the water.
  32. Add this corn flour mixture to the soup.
  33. Mix it well.
  34. Cover it up and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  35. Pour some soup in fresh bowl.
  36. Add some spring onion for garnishing the soup.
  37. Your Delicious Chicken Soup is ready to be served.
