Preparation Chicken Soup:
- Take a fresh pan and add 1.5 glasses of water into it.
- Put ¼ a teaspoon of pepper seeds into the pan.
- Add 3 chicken pieces to the pan.
- Take ½ a teaspoon of salt and add it to the pan.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let the chicken cook for about 10 minutes
- The chicken and the water would now be cooking with extreme heat.
- Pour out the water from the pan. Use a sieve so as to not lose any chicken.
- Take chicken pieces and place them aside in a plate.
- Keep the boiling water aside.
- Shred the meat off the bones of the chicken.
- Do it for all the pieces and keep it aside.
- Take a fresh pan and add ½ a tablespoon of oil to it.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Garlic to the pan.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Ginger to the pan.
- Chop and add a white onion to the pan.
- Chop and add cabbage into the pan.
- Chop and add spring onion to the pan.
- Sauté the ingredients well together.
- Fry the vegetables in the pan for 2 minutes on a medium flame setting.
- Add the water that was sieved out of the boiled chicken.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Green chilli sauce to the mix.
- Put 1 teaspoon of vinegar to the pan.
- Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to the mix.
- Take 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce and put it in the pan.
- Add ½ a teaspoon of pepper powder to the mix.
- Add 1/4th of a teaspoon of salt to the soup.
- Add the boneless chicken to the pan.
- Mix it all well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of corn flour to a bowl.
- Add water to the bowl.
- Mix the corn flour with the water.
- Add this corn flour mixture to the soup.
- Mix it well.
- Cover it up and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour some soup in fresh bowl.
- Add some spring onion for garnishing the soup.
- Your Delicious Chicken Soup is ready to be served.
