Preparation of Chicken Pakoda Recipe:

  1. Take 250 grams’ chicken and add it to a bowl.
  2. Add ½ a cup Besan Flour to the chicken.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons corn flour to the bowl.
  4. Put in ½ a tablespoon of salt into the bowl.
  5. Add ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder to the mix.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon Mirchi Powder (Chilli Powder) to the bowl.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon coriander Powder to the bowl.
  8. Add ½ tablespoon of cumin powder to the mix.
  9. Put 1 tablespoon Garam Masala into the bowl.
  10. Take 1 tablespoon Soy sauce and add it to the mix.
  11. Take 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste and add it to the bowl.
  12. Take half a handful of Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves and put them in the bowl.
  13. Squeeze half a lemon over the bowl so as to get a tangy flavour.
  14. Add 1 tablespoon Chicken Masala to the bowl.
  15. To marinate the chicken, add sufficient amount of water.
  16. Mix all the ingredients inside the bowl together. Mix them well.
  17. Let this marinated chicken rest for about 1 hour.
  18. Now, start frying the chicken pieces in hot oil.
  19. Make sure you fry them on medium heat.
  20. Periodically flip your pieces to cook them well on both their sides.
  21. Fry the pieces till they are evenly cooked. You will notice a change in colour and the aroma of the cooked chicken will sway you away.

• Before frying in the pan, make sure your chicken has been properly marinated. To do that just ensure that your pieces are covered properly with the mixture you had prepared and that this gravy is not too thick.
