After you gathered the ingredients for atta biscuits recipe, follow the steps mentioned below :
Preparation:
1: Grab a bowl and add take 1 cup wheat flour ( Atta ).
2 : Take sugar powder ( ½ cup ).
3: Add a pinch of salt.
4: Mix them flour, sugar powder and salt properly.
5: Add Ghee into the mixture. ( Ghee- As Required ).
6: Scramble the ingredients well.
7: Form a Dough.
8: Dough must be soft.
9: Take small ball sized dough.
10: Make round balls from the dough.
11: Lightly press the round balls with palm hands.
12: Mark the pieces with Fork.
13: The pieces will look attractive.
14: Preheat for 3 minutes.
15: Remove them from the oven.
16: Bake them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
17: Now cool it completely.
18 : Your yummy Atta Biscuits are ready to eat.
