  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)

  • 1 tsp Black Salt

  • ยฝ tsp Dry Ginger Powder

  • ยผ tsp Asafoetida (Hing)

  • 1 tsp Regular Salt (optional)

  1. Heat a pan and dry roast coriander, cumin, fennel, black pepper, red chilies, cloves, and cinnamon on low flame until they release aroma.
