Preparation Method

Roast the Whole Spices
Heat a pan and dry roast coriander, cumin, fennel, red chilies, peppercorns, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, mace, and nutmeg on low flame until aromatic. -
Cool & Grind
Allow them to cool fully and grind into a fine powder. -
Add the Final Touch
Mix in turmeric, dry ginger, amchur, and salt. Blend evenly. -
