Preparation Method

Roast the Spices
In a heavy pan, dry roast red chilies, coriander, cumin, fennel, black pepper, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, bay leaves, star anise, mace, nutmeg, and stone flower on a low flame until aromatic. -
Cool and Grind
Let the spices cool completely, then grind them into a fine, smooth powder. -
