Preparation Method

Dry Roast Spices
In a pan, lightly dry roast red chilies, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, bay leaf, shajeera, mace, and nutmeg on low flame until they release a deep aroma. -
