Ingredients for Chaat Mix Masala

  • Amchur (Dry Mango Powder) – 2 tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds – 2 tbsp

  • Coriander Seeds – 1 tbsp

  • Ajwain (Carom Seeds) – 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper – 1 tsp

  • Dry Red Chilies – 3 to 4 (adjust spice)

  • Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp

  • Dry Ginger Powder – 1 tsp

  • Regular Salt – 1 tsp (optional)


Preparation Method

  1. Roast the Spices – Heat a pan and dry roast cumin, coriander, fennel, black pepper, red chilies, and ajwain on low flame until they release aroma.

  2. Cool & Grind – Let roasted spices cool completely, then grind into a fine powder.
