- 1/4 cup SUGAR

- VANILLA FLAVOUR
- 1 EGG YOLK
- 1 tsp CORNSTARCH
- 1 tbsp HEAVY CREAM
- 1/2 cup MAIDA FLOUR
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough
- In a medium-sized bowl, add ¼ cup butter and ¼ cup sugar.
- Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of vanilla extract for flavor.
- Mix in 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp cornstarch, then whisk well.
- Add 1 tbsp heavy cream and mix again until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add ½ cup all-purpose flour, folding it in using a spatula.
- Piping the Cookies
- Attach a piping tip to a piping bag and place it inside a glass for easy filling.
- Transfer the cookie dough into the piping bag and roll it into a log, sealing the other end.
- Grease a baking tray with butter.
- Pipe swirls of dough onto the tray, leaving some space between each cookie.
- Baking the Cookies
- Place the tray in the oven.
- Bake on a micro-convection setting at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- Once golden brown, remove carefully from the oven.

- Take an oven plate.

- Gently squeeze the bag to form swirls.
- Fill all the space in the plate.
- Put the plate in the oven.
- Bake on a micro- convection setting for 15 minutes.
- Take out the plate carefully after 15 minutes.
- Your crispy, crunchy sweet cookies are ready.
- Serve them with tea.
