Spicy Green Chilli Chutney
A bold and fiery green chilli chutney recipe made with fresh green chilies, garlic, and tamarind. This street-style condiment adds a spicy kick to idli, dosa, chapati, rice, pakoras, and evening snacks.
🛒 Ingredients

Green Chilies – 10–12 (medium spicy, adjust to taste)

Garlic – 4–5 cloves

Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp

Tamarind – small piece (or 1 tsp paste)

Oil – 1 tbsp (sesame oil or any cooking oil)
🔪 Preparation Method

Heat oil in a pan, add green chilies and sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly blistered.

Add garlic and cumin seeds, sauté for 1 minute.

Let it cool slightly, then blend with tamarind and salt into a coarse paste.

Add 1–2 tbsp water while grinding if needed for smoother texture.
