🛒 Ingredients

Raw Peanuts (Groundnuts) – 1 cup

Dry Red Chilies – 4–5 (or Green Chilies – 3, adjust spice)

Garlic – 2–3 cloves

Tamarind – small piece (or ½ tsp paste)

Salt – to taste

Oil – 1 tsp
For Tempering (optional, enhances taste):

Oil – 1 tsp

Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp

Urad Dal – ½ tsp

Curry Leaves – 6–8
🔪 Preparation Method

Dry roast peanuts until golden and remove the skin.

Heat 1 tsp oil, fry red chilies and garlic until aromatic.

Blend roasted peanuts, fried chilies, garlic, tamarind, and salt into a smooth paste (add little water as needed).

(Optional) Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves, then pour over the chutney.
