  • Fresh Coriander Leaves – Β½ cup (tightly packed)

  • Fresh Mint Leaves – 2 tbsp

  • Ripe Guava – 1 large (chopped)

  • Green Chilies – 2 to 3 (adjust spice)

  • Garlic Cloves – 2 to 3

  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp

  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

  • Sugar – 1 tsp (balances flavors)

  • Black Salt – Β½ tsp

  • Regular Salt – Β½ tsp (or as required)
