🛒 Ingredients

  • Garlic Cloves – 12–15 (peeled)

  • Dry Red Chilies – 6–8 (soaked in warm water for 10 mins)

  • Tamarind – small piece (or 1 tsp paste)

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil – 1 tbsp (preferably sesame oil)

🔪 Preparation Method

  1. Soak dry red chilies in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.

  2. Add garlic, soaked red chilies, tamarind, and salt to a blender.

  3. Grind into a coarse paste (add a few drops of water if needed).

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the chutney, and sauté for 2–3 minutes until raw smell disappears.
