Garlic Chutney Recipe or Street-Style Lahsun Chutney

🛒 Ingredients

Garlic Cloves – 12–15 (peeled)

Dry Red Chilies – 6–8 (soaked in warm water for 10 mins)

Tamarind – small piece (or 1 tsp paste)

Salt – to taste

Oil – 1 tbsp (preferably sesame oil)
🔪 Preparation Method

Soak dry red chilies in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.

Add garlic, soaked red chilies, tamarind, and salt to a blender.

Grind into a coarse paste (add a few drops of water if needed).

Heat oil in a pan, add the chutney, and sauté for 2–3 minutes until raw smell disappears.
