๐ŸŒŸ Ingredients:

  • Fresh Cucumber โ€“ 1 cup (peeled & roughly chopped)

  • Fresh Coconut โ€“ ยฝ cup (grated)

  • Green Chilies โ€“ 2 to 3 (adjust spice)

  • Ginger โ€“ 1 inch

  • Garlic โ€“ 2 cloves (optional)

  • Tamarind โ€“ small piece (or 1 tsp paste)

  • Roasted Chana Dal โ€“ 2 tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds โ€“ ยฝ tsp

  • Salt โ€“ to taste

  • Coriander Leaves โ€“ 2 tbsp

๐ŸŒฟ Tempering (optional, for authentic flavor):

  • Oil โ€“ 1 tsp

  • Mustard Seeds โ€“ ยฝ tsp

  • Dry Red Chili โ€“ 1

  • Curry Leaves โ€“ 6 to 8

  1. Wash cucumber, peel (optional), and cut into small pieces.

  2. In a blender, add cucumber, coconut, green chilies, ginger, garlic, tamarind, roasted chana dal, cumin, salt, and coriander leaves.
