Green Chilies โ 2 to 3 (adjust spice)

Garlic โ 2 cloves (optional)

Tamarind โ small piece (or 1 tsp paste)

Roasted Chana Dal โ 2 tbsp

Cumin Seeds โ ยฝ tsp

Salt โ to taste

Coriander Leaves โ 2 tbsp
