  • Unsalted Butter – 20 g (1 Β½ tbsp), softened

  • Garlic – 8 g (2 tsp), finely minced

  • Honey – 10 g (2 tsp)

  • Salt – a pinch

  • Fresh Parsley – a pinch, chopped

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  • Combine flour, milk, egg, sugar, and yeast. Mix into a rough dough.

  • Knead for 3 minutes, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2: Add Butter & Shape

  • Add salt and butter to the dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.

  • Slap the dough on the counter 4–5 times to strengthen gluten.

  • Divide into 6 equal balls, rest for 15 minutes.
