Preparation of KFC Fried Chicken:

  1. Take a fresh bowl and add 1 tablespoon soya sauce to it.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the bowl.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup to the bowl.
  4. Add ¼ tablespoon of Pepper Powder to the bowl.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste to the mix.
  6. Put ¼ tablespoon salt to the bowl.
  7. Take 1 packet of instant noodles masala and add it to the bowl.
  8. Mix the ingredients of the bowl well.
  9. Take 4 chicken legs and cover them with the prepared gravy.
  10. Let your chicken legs rest for about 30 minutes after they are covered.
  11. Take ½ a cup of maida flour to a fresh plate.
  12. Add 1 tablespoon Corn flour to the Maida.
  13. Sprinkle ¼ tablespoon of salt on the plate.
  14. Add ½ a tablespoon of Mirchi Powder to the plate.
  15. Add 1/8th tablespoon of turmeric powder.
  16. Combine the ingredients in the plate well.
  17. Coat the chicken leg piece in this mixture.
  18. Dip the coated piece into some water.
  19. Repeat the coating process one more to get added layers of flavour.
  20. Deep fry the coated chicken leg piece.
  21. Ensure that the flame is set on medium setting for the frying process.
