Recipe Instructions of Fish Tandoori Grilled in Microwave:

Preparation Fish Tandoori:

  1. Take 2 teaspoons of Besan Flour and add it to a fresh bowl.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of cornflour to the bowl.
  3. Take 2 teaspoons of Mirchi Powder and add it to the mix.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder to the bowl.
  5. Add 1/4th teaspoon of turmeric powder to the bowl.
  6. Put a pinch of pepper powder into the bowl.
  7. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
  8. Add about 1 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste to the bowl.
  9. Put 1 teaspoon full of Kasoori Methi Leaves into the bowl.
  10. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the bowl.
  11. Combine the ingredients inside the bowl well.
  12. Add sufficient amount of water to the bowl.
  13. Add 1 teaspoon full of fish masala into the bowl.
  14. Now its time to cover your fish with masala.
  15. One by one, take fish pieces and apply a layer of our freshly prepared masala on it.
  16. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes in a covered state.
  17. Take a tray and arrange the marinated fish pieces on it.
  18. Preheat the microwave on 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  19. Place the tray containing the fish inside the microwave.
  20. Let the fish cook on Micro + Grill setting for about 26 minutes.
