Recipe Instructions of Fish Tandoori Grilled in Microwave:
Preparation Fish Tandoori:
- Take 2 teaspoons of Besan Flour and add it to a fresh bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cornflour to the bowl.
- Take 2 teaspoons of Mirchi Powder and add it to the mix.
- Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder to the bowl.
- Add 1/4th teaspoon of turmeric powder to the bowl.
- Put a pinch of pepper powder into the bowl.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
- Add about 1 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste to the bowl.
- Put 1 teaspoon full of Kasoori Methi Leaves into the bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the bowl.
- Combine the ingredients inside the bowl well.
- Add sufficient amount of water to the bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon full of fish masala into the bowl.
- Now its time to cover your fish with masala.
- One by one, take fish pieces and apply a layer of our freshly prepared masala on it.
- Let it marinate for about 30 minutes in a covered state.
- Take a tray and arrange the marinated fish pieces on it.
- Preheat the microwave on 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
