After you have accumulated the ingredients, follow the steps below to prepare the eggless christmas cake in Microwave Oven!

Step 1: Take a large mixing bowl and pour ½ cup of curd into it.

Step 2: Put ⅓ cup of sugar in it.

Step 3: Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the mixing bowl.

Step 4: Scramble the ingredients in the bowl to get a white paste.

Step 5: Now, to this paste, add 1 cup of Maida flour.

Step 6: Put 2 tablespoon oil into the bowl.

Step 7: Carefully, add ¼ teaspoon salt to it. Make sure you don’t put too much salt.

Step 8: Add ½ teaspoon baking soda.

Step 9: Pour a few drops of vanilla essence.

Step 10: Mix the ingredients well. You’ll get a fruity vanilla smell from the mixture.

Step 11: Go on mixing until you get a thick creamy batter.

Step 12: Chop some dates (khajoor) and add ⅓ cup of chopped dates to the batter.

Step 13: To make it tastier and fruitier, add 2 teaspoons yellow tutti frutti.

Step 14: Add another 2 teaspoons red tutti frutti to add colors.

Step 15: Mix everything in the batter.

Step 16: You’ll get a creamy, fruity batter ready to bake.

Step 17: Transfer the batter into the Cake Tin from the large mixing bowl.

Step 18: Tap the Cake Tin to settle down the batter in it.

Step 19: Heat the oven to XX degree for 5 minutes.

Step 20: After preheating, place the Cake Tin in the center of the oven.

Step 21: Set the oven to bake at micro + convection for 48 minutes.

Step 22: Wait for the delicious cake to come out completely baked.

Step 23: Turn around the Cake tin over a plate to get the cake on the plate.

Step 24: Turn this cake upside down to get the curved baked part on top.

• You may soak the dates or add dry fruits in a non-alcoholic liquid like orange juice to enhance the flavor.
• Chop the fruits to be soaked into very small pieces. Use a clean air-tight glass container to soak the fruits. Stirring it periodically or at least once a day helps it to rehydrate and not to dry out.
• After removing the baked cake from the pan, allow it sit on a wire rack to cool down at room temperature.
• You can keep the cake in a water/air proof compartment at room temperature for seven days.
