Preparation of Eggless Cake with Oven:
- To prepare the cake, take a fresh bowl and put 2 tablespoons of butter in it.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil to the bowl.
- Whisk the butter and mix it well with the oil.
- Take 1/3rd of a cup of cocoa powder and sieve it into the bowl.
- Sieve ½ a cup of Maida Flour into the bowl.
- Sieve the remnants.
- Add 1/3rd cup powdered sugar.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Add ¼ tablespoon of baking soda into the bowl.
- Mix these ingredients well.
- Add sufficient milk so as to form an appropriately consistent batter.
- Mix again.
- Smooth eggless batter is ready to be baked.
- Pour the cake batter into your baking utensil.
- Tap your baking bowl twice on a surface so as to spread it uniformly.
- Place your batter in an over for baking.
