  2. Add 2/3 proportions of a cup of coconut.
  3. Dry roast the shredded coconut for 2 minutes.
  4. Add ½ cup sugar.
  5. Roast the mixture on medium flame.
  6. When the coconut starts turning brown, that’s the indicator that the sugar is melting.
  7. When the sugar melts, add ¼ cup milk powder
  8. Add 1 tablespoon ghee to soften the texture.
  9. Mix the ingredients in the pan well.
  10. Pour 1/4 cup of milk into the pan. Stir it well.
  11. Almost done!
  12. Cool this mixture till it becomes comfortable to touch.
  13. Now its time to give this batter a shape. Start making balls out of the mixture.
