Preparation:

  1. Take a small mixer jar. Add 14 Mirchi (red chillies) to it.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion to it.
  3. Cut 1 tomato. Add it to the mixer jar.
  4. Add 7 pieces of garlic to the mixer jar.
  5. Put ½ teaspoon of salt in the mixer jar.
  6. Slowly add water to the mixer jar as per your requirement. Make sure you don’t add too much water. It will make the chutney watery and very thin.
  7. Close the mixer jar with its lid. Blend the ingredients. They should blend quite smoothly.
  8. Open the mixer jar. Check if the thickness of the mirchi paste is in the right proportion.
  9. Put a pan on the stove. Pour 1.5 tablespoons of oil into it.
  10.  Add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard to it.
  11. Add some curry leaves too.
  12. Pour the mirchi paste prepared in Step 8 into the pan.
  13. Mix the ingredients in the pan well.
  14. Cook these ingredients of the pan in medium flame.
  15. Cook well until the oil separates from the chutney.
  16. Take out the chutney in a bowl. Your finger-licking red chilli garlic chutney is ready to serve!
