Recipe Instructions of Chicken Masala Gravy Recipe:
Preparation:
- To a fresh pan, add 2 tablespoons Ghee and 1 tablespoon Oil
- Add 1 bowl of finely chopped onions.
- Sauté the onions well.
- Add 1 green Chilli. You can chop it into small pieces it or dice it in large pieces, according to your own preference.
- Cook for about 1 minute
- Add 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Fry the mixture on medium flame till the onions start getting brown
- Add 250 grams chicken into the pan
- To the pan, add ¼ tablespoon Turmeric Powder followed by 1 tablespoon of Salt
- Fry the chicken on high heat for about 2 minutes
- Add 2 tablespoons of Mirchi Powder (red chilli powder) followed by 1 tablespoon of Coriander Powder and 2 tablespoons of Garam Masala
- Add 1/3 cup to the pan followed by 1 tablespoon of Kasuri Methi.
- Set the flame to high and fry for 5 minutes
- Add ½ glass water (120 ml)
- Mix it well
- Cook the chicken and gravy for 10 minutes. Make sure the flame is reduced to medium setting.
- Take out the chicken when it gets brown and tender
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Your yummy chicken is ready to be served.
